Bacon wrapped dates stuffed with Gorgozola

All my favorite flavors in one bite. The saltiness of the bacon marries the sweet date and the tart Gorgonzola. I think polygamy is allowed in this case! Is just the perfect bite! Garnished with roughly chopped walnuts,parsley,Parmesan cheese and of course maple syrup,just a touch.


  • 12 dates,pitted
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup Gorgonzola
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • salt and pepper

How to make it:

Preheat oven at 400 F.Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl,mix the Gorgonzola,goat cheese,salt and pepper.Stuff the dates with the cheese mixture,it needs about 1/2-1 teaspoon per date.


Wrap tight with the bacon and secure it with a toothpick.


Put it in the baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes,until the bacon is a little bit crunchy.
